1/3cupOlive Oil
3TbspWhite Balsamic Vinegar
2Tbspmaple Syrup
PinchSalt & Pepper
1tspDijonGrey Poupon ( white wine base ) for a Gluten free dressing
Instructions
Anything with a tight lid that won't fly off, I use mason jars for all my shaking.
Measure everything straight into the jar, and shake.
This will make a temporary emulsion so if it sits in the fridge for a couple of days don't forget to give it another shake before dressing a Salad

Because it's made with Balsamic Vinegar and White Wine Mustard it is a Gluten Free Dressing.I use half of this recipe to make my Strawberry and Spinach Salad.Try drizzling it over a couple of grilled Chicken Breasts or marinate/slow poach some Salmon with it.
