White Balsamic & Maple Syrup Dressing

Gluten Free, Vegetarian.
Try with a Strawberry and Spinach Salad!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp maple Syrup
  • Pinch Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dijon Grey Poupon ( white wine base ) for a Gluten free dressing

Instructions

  • Anything with a tight lid that won't fly off, I use mason jars for all my shaking.
  • Measure everything straight into the jar, and shake.
  • This will make a temporary emulsion so if it sits in the fridge for a couple of days don't forget to give it another shake before dressing a Salad

Notes

Because it's made with Balsamic Vinegar and White Wine Mustard it is a Gluten Free Dressing.
I use half of this recipe to make my Strawberry and Spinach Salad.
Try drizzling it over a couple of grilled Chicken Breasts or marinate/slow poach some Salmon with it.
