Grab a Baking pan from the cupboard, line it with a piece of parchment paper and, turn the oven on to 325° F.
In a microwave-safe bowl add the Coconut Oil and Honey. Microwave on high for 35-40 seconds or until the Coconut Oil and Honey have melted.
Add all the Spices except the Brown Sugar to the Honey Pot and microwave for another 10-15 seconds.
Drizzle the Honey mixture over the Nuts and mix, continuing to toss until all the Nuts are coated.
Spread the Nuts evenly over a Baking sheet and place them in the oven. Cook for approximately 8 minutes and pull from the oven. Toss the Nuts and return to the oven for another 6-8 minutes.
After they have finished Toasting pull them from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Using a couple of spoons mix the Brown Sugar around.
Let cool, give one more mix with the remaining Brown Sugar. Now you have not too sweet, not too spicy Candied Turmeric Nuts. Serve as a snack to your guests or add them to a Salad. Enjoy!
