Take a look inside and see if you can find some inspiration. Who knows maybe you might surprise yourself and be making beautiful Salsa in no time.

A simple recipe with lots of options if you’re in a pinch when guests come over.
A vibrant green Chimichurri sauce topped with a Cheesy Bread topping. If your luck like me and your kids don’t like Mushrooms, then even more for you to eat. Although you may have to share with your partner if you want to keep them happy :).

Drop me line and tell me your favourite thing to stuff Mushrooms with. Or just tell me your favourite way to eat Mushrooms, I’m always looking for a new experience.

Strawberry & Spinach Salad

Strawberry & Spinach Salad

Strawberry week is here, It’s Strawberry season in Vancouver and there are stands popping up all over the place. So what better way to kick it all off than with a classic, Strawberry & Spinach Salad.

The addition of Goat Cheese, Slivered Almonds and White Balsamic dressing puts it over the top. There is almost no chance of leftovers after this salad hits the table.

Incredible Green Beans with Feta & Dill

Incredible Green Beans with Feta & Dill

This is an easy and incredibly delicious Green Bean side dish. So good you could probably eat it as a whole meal, I know I have.
Butter, White Wine and Lemon Juice add richness and added acidity. Plus caramelizing the Onion adds such a wonderful sweetness to balance out the Lemon Juice and White Wine.
I hope you enjoy this dish as much as I do.

Arugula with pear & blue cheese

Arugula with pear & blue cheese

Salads can be as simple as a dressing and some leaf greens, or they can have 16 different ingredients. Some fine dining restaurants might take a couple hours to put together a salad. On the other hand I can throw one together in about 5 minutes for lunch, who has time lol.

This Arugula with Pear & Blue Cheese Salad is on the easier side but with a few extras. If you decide to add these special touches I’m sure your guests will notice.
